Dan is in his 18th year as a loan officer.  When the Mortgage Association of Minnesota named its first "Loan Officer of the Year", Dan won that award.  His talents fit well at Summit where we originate, process, underwriting and fund our own loans.  Summit is a Fannie/Freddie direct lender and has been an FHA Direct Endorsement lender for many years.   Dan's approach to financing is to put himself in the borrower's position and suggest the financing that best suits the borrower's needs.
